Required Assistant Manager HR Operations
DESCRIPTION
The job entails managing office staff related queries as well as transactions. Key areas include strengthening the HR Services function with respect to the Human Capital Management System, assisting office employees to receive their documents, letters, salary and final settlements on time. Key KPIs include turnaround times for documentation, timely payment of salaries, and timely disbursement of final settlements.
- Prepare and issue all employee letters
- Achieve higher internal customer satisfaction, through an improved match between customer expectations and services provided by the Human Resources
- Ensure effective governance of HR Department policies and processes
- Manage to ensure effective processing of day-to-day HR transactions, like:
- Record and hard-file creation of new employees including preparation of all required documentation
- Processing of Employee Transfers
- Processing of Employee Promotion
- Resignations
- Processing Salary Revision
- Processing Annual Increments and Salary Adjustments
- Implement new policies, procedures, and process improvements.
- Fulfill data requests and work on special projects
- Any other related tasks as assigned by the Manager HR Services/Team Lead HR Services.

- EDUCATION
- BBA/Bachelor’s Degree in HR or Organizational Psychology
- MBA would be an advantage
